Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NestAbroad's services, website, or any related applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NestAbroad.
Description of Services
NestAbroad provides expat relocation and support services for individuals and corporations moving to Vietnam, including but not limited to:
- Visa consultation and application assistance
- Housing search and lease negotiation support
- Airport pickup and initial orientation
- Banking and administrative setup assistance
- Ongoing translation and concierge services
- Community integration and networking support
- Corporate relocation program management
Service Packages and Pricing
We offer tiered service packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with clearly defined inclusions. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of booking. Additional services may be purchased as add-ons. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice for future bookings.
Government fees, third-party costs, and expenses not explicitly included in your package are your responsibility. We will provide transparent estimates before incurring any additional costs on your behalf.
Booking and Payment
Standard Bookings (30+ Days Before Arrival)
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your arrival date or service commencement. We accept payments via credit card, Buy Now Pay Later providers (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay), Wise transfer, and select cryptocurrency.
Short-Notice Bookings (Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival)
Bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. The 48-hour cooling-off period applies; thereafter, the short-notice cancellation terms below govern any changes.
Installment & Buy Now, Pay Later
Installment payment options and Buy Now, Pay Later services (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay) may be available for qualifying purchases. Terms and conditions for these plans are provided at checkout and constitute a separate agreement with the respective provider.
Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC. A 1.5% processing fee applies to all cryptocurrency transactions. Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable under all circumstances. By selecting cryptocurrency as your payment method, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Cancellation and Refunds
Standard Bookings (30+ Days Before Arrival)
Refund amounts are calculated as a percentage of the amount paid to date, not the total package price.
- Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund to original payment method (cooling-off period)
- 48 hours to 30+ days before arrival: Full-value service credit valid for 12 months, or cash refund less 30% service fee
- 29–15 days before arrival: Service credit equal to amount paid, valid for 6 months (no cash refund)
- Less than 15 days before arrival: Service credit may be issued at NestAbroad's sole discretion
- No-show: Non-refundable
Short-Notice Bookings (Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival)
- Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund to original payment method (cooling-off period)
- After 48 hours: Service credit valid for 6 months is the sole remedy (no cash refund)
Payment Method-Specific Terms
- Cryptocurrency: Non-refundable under all circumstances. Rescheduling may be available for a $99 administrative fee.
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Refunds are processed through the original BNPL provider and are subject to their timelines and policies.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is available if requested 45 or more days before your arrival date. A $99 administrative fee applies for rescheduling within 44 days of arrival. Rescheduled services must be used within 6 months of the original arrival date. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
Service Credits
Service credits may be applied toward any NestAbroad package or add-on service. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of their validity period. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance at checkout to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances. NestAbroad is not an insurance provider and bears no responsibility for claims made under third-party insurance policies.
Cash refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Add-on services have separate cancellation terms as specified at purchase.
Automatic Payment Authorization
For package bookings with a deposit payment, you may opt in to automatic balance payment. When you enable this feature:
- Your card payment method is securely stored by Stripe for future charges
- You explicitly authorize NestAbroad to charge your card for the remaining balance on the due date
- The charge will appear on your statement as "NestAbroad - Balance Payment"
- You will receive an email confirmation 7 days before the automatic charge
- You may cancel the authorization anytime before the charge date by contacting support@nestabroad.world
Failed Automatic Payments: If the automatic charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will notify you immediately and provide a secure payment link to complete the balance manually. Your booking remains confirmed during this grace period (7 days). If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited per our cancellation policy.
Payment Method Updates: You can update your payment method on file at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend keeping your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.
Package Upgrades
You may upgrade from a lower-tier package to a higher-tier package at any time before your services commence. When upgrading:
- The full amount you have already paid is applied as credit toward the higher-tier package
- You pay only the difference between your current package and the upgraded package
- Upgrades are processed as a new checkout session with a clear breakdown of the credit applied
- All upgrade payments are final and subject to the same cancellation terms as the upgraded package tier
Example: If you purchased Bronze ($299) and later upgrade to Silver ($599), your $299 payment is credited and you pay only the $300 difference. If you originally paid a 50% deposit ($149.50), the full $299 is still credited toward your upgrade.
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for visa and service processing
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
- Comply with all Vietnamese laws and regulations
- Maintain valid travel documents and health insurance
- Treat our staff and partners with respect
- Pay all agreed fees on time
Limitation of Liability
NestAbroad acts as a facilitator and consultant. We are not responsible for:
- Visa rejections by Vietnamese authorities (we provide guidance, not guarantees)
- Actions of third-party service providers (landlords, movers, etc.)
- Changes in Vietnamese laws or regulations
- Personal belongings, health, or safety
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We strongly recommend travel and health insurance for all clients.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and guides, is the property of NestAbroad and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Similarly, any proprietary information, guides, or resources we provide are for your personal use only and should not be shared or distributed to third parties.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, under Vietnamese law. You waive any right to participate in class actions against NestAbroad.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
