NestAbroad Group is a USA-operated brand assisting with expat services in Vietnam. We are a private entity and are not affiliated with the Vietnam Immigration Department or any government body. While individuals can apply themselves through official portals, we provide a safe, professional alternative to unknown third-parties overseas—ensuring peace of mind through expert review, secure handling, and proactive tracking.
No Guarantee of Approval
The final decision on all visa applications rests solely with the Vietnam Immigration Department. While we have a 99% success rate, we cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Government fees are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to official channels.

Limitation of Liability
NestAbroad acts as a facilitator and consultant. We are not responsible for visa rejections by Vietnamese authorities, actions of third-party service providers (landlords, movers, etc.), changes in Vietnamese laws or regulations, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Service-Specific Terms
Visa Services
Our visa application and visa run services include document review, application submission, and tracking assistance. Government fees are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated. Processing times are estimates based on historical data and are not guaranteed.
Relocation Packages
Package services include the specified support hours and services as described on our pricing page. Additional services beyond the package scope may incur extra charges. Housing assistance does not guarantee finding accommodation but provides dedicated support in the search process.
À La Carte Services
Individual services (translator, documentation, storage setup, etc.) are provided as described on our services page. Service availability may vary based on location and demand. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may not be eligible for refund.
